Alvin’s Club is a next-generation AI shopping assistant that helps global consumers buy quality products worldwide and have them reliably delivered to their doorsteps. Using AI, the platform curates premium products globally, provides highly personalized recommendations and search results to match real user needs, allows purchases at local prices from the country of origin, and arranges home delivery at actual logistics cost. The platform only charges a service fee, which can be waived by joining the VIP program for the best experience. Currently, Alvin’s Club offers curated direct purchase of Chinese products and direct purchase from its Canadian local warehouse.

How do I register as a member?
Click the “Login/Register” button to access the registration page. You can sign up for free using your phone number, email, or Google/Apple ID to create an Alvin’s Club account.
After registering, you can save your shipping and billing addresses so you won’t have to fill them out repeatedly. This saves you valuable time during checkout. Alvin’s Club also offers a “Recall Points” reward program — typically, you earn 3 Recall Points for every C$1 spent (pre-tax). Special promotions may have different reward rates, so please refer to the Alvin’s Club App or marketing announcements for details.
Do I need to log in before checkout?
Yes. You must be logged in to your Alvin’s Club account to check out.
How can I update my account information?
Log in to your account, then go to “My Account” to edit or update your information.

Products & Orders
How to purchase products
You can browse products through search, categories, personalized recommendations, and promotional events. Add desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. During checkout, enter your shipping address and contact information. You can also enjoy discounts and use Recall Points to offset part of the payment.
What types of discounts does Alvin’s Club offer?
Alvin’s Club provides two main types of daily discounts: 1. Order-level discounts using Recall Points, discount codes, or coupons. Recall Points provide the highest possible discount at up to 10%. Points are earned through Prepaid Card top-up rebates, order rebates, and other platform activities. 2. Product-level promotions such as blind boxes, flash sales, hot deals, and “n items for n dollars” campaigns.
Only one discount can be applied to a product at a time. If there is a purchase limit, quantities exceeding the limit will be charged at the original price.
What payment methods are accepted?
The Alvin’s Club App accepts WeChat Pay, AliPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, Visa/MasterCard, Visa Debit, and Mastercard Debit.
Can I place an order by phone?
Sorry, Alvin’s Club does not accept phone orders. Please place orders through the official Alvin’s Club App — there are no other websites, apps, or physical stores.
How to check order status
Log in to the Alvin’s Club App to check your order status. Main statuses include: • Pending Payment: Order created but not yet paid. Complete payment as soon as possible. You may cancel the order in the app. • Awaiting Shipment: Order has been paid and is being processed. You may apply for a refund at this stage. • Awaiting Delivery: Package is in transit. You can track logistics in the app. Cancellations are no longer available. • Completed: Package has been delivered. Please inspect your order promptly. For any quality issues, request a return or contact customer service. • Awaiting Review: After completion, you can leave product reviews to help other users and the platform. • Closed: Order canceled. Payment will automatically be refunded to your payment account.
Special Notes
Alvin’s Club serves individual consumers in Canada, the US, UK, Australia, continental Europe, and (on trial) Latin America. If Alvin’s Club determines that an order is not for personal retail use, product quantities may be adjusted, and excess items will be automatically returned with refunds.
Alvin’s Club reserves the right to adjust or cancel orders or charge additional shipping fees.
Can I change or cancel my order? • While in “Pending Payment,” you can cancel your order in the app (items will be returned to your cart for easy reordering). • Once in “Awaiting Shipment,” you may request a refund (refund fees apply). • Once in “Awaiting Delivery,” cancellation or address changes are not available. Contact customer service for assistance, but changes are not guaranteed due to logistics.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can only change your address before the order is created. To update afterward, cancel the order and re-order, or contact customer service (modification not guaranteed).
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Most items will be restocked within 2–4 weeks. Some may take longer. Enable notifications and tap “Back-in-Stock Alert” in the app to get notified.
Does Alvin’s Club accept wholesale orders?
No. Alvin’s Club is for individual consumers only. Wholesale, resale, or commercial orders are not supported (except authorized brand cases). Non-personal-use orders may be canceled and related accounts may lose promotional privileges.

Prepaid Card
What is a Prepaid Card?
A Prepaid Card allows you to pre-load funds, converting them into virtual balance usable across Alvin’s Club for purchases.
How to activate?
Your Prepaid Card account is automatically activated after registration.
How to recharge?
Currently, only refunds can be deposited into your Prepaid Card. Recharge and gifting functions will be available in the future.
How to view & use?
Log in, go to “My Account” → “Prepaid Card” to view balance and transaction history. During checkout, you may choose to use your Prepaid Card balance for full or partial payment.
Other rules • Prepaid Card balance can only be used on Alvin’s Club and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash. • Balance does not expire and can be used anytime until depleted. • You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately if compromised. • Refunds for purchases paid with the Prepaid Card will be credited back to the card.

Shipping
Shipping Details • Toronto Local Warehouse: Free shipping for orders ≥ C$39 (pre-tax) and under 6 kg. Orders below this threshold are charged C$4.99 shipping. Overweight fee: C$3.99 per additional 6 kg. (No returns/refunds for local warehouse orders after payment.) • Hong Kong Air Freight: Free shipping for orders ≥ C$99 (pre-tax). Average delivery time: 8–15 business days across Canada. Special items (batteries, restricted goods) may take longer.
Unclaimed packages due to address errors or absence will require the customer to pay re-shipping fees.
Delivery may be via: 1. Door-to-door 2. Parcel locker 3. Pickup card notification
Delivery Methods
Canada Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, UNIUNI, and other carriers may be used. Delivery options include: • Local Express: 1–3 days (Toronto); +2 days for Montreal; longer for other provinces. • Standard Air: 10–15 days • Express Air (Japan): 3–5 days • Express Sea: 25–35 days • Standard Sea: 35–45 days (large furniture)
Customs clearance, holidays, and other factors may delay delivery. If delays exceed 7 days due to customs inspections, Alvin’s Club will compensate you with C$3–C$5 in Recall Points.
How to track your package
Check tracking information in “My Orders” → “Order Details” within the app. If status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, contact customer service within 7 business days.
Customs Duties
For shipments to Canada, Alvin’s Club covers duties and taxes. If you are required to pay upfront, submit the customs receipt to customer service for reimbursement. Orders flagged as non-personal-use may be canceled and duties not covered.

Returns & Exchanges
How to request a return
Within 30 days of delivery, go to “My Orders” → “All Orders,” select the order, and click “Request Return.” Refunds can be made to your Prepaid Card (instant) or to your original payment method (5–10 days). • For non-quality-related returns, customers must pay return shipping, and refund fees will be deducted. • The return address must match the designated warehouse address. Customer is responsible for any costs caused by incorrect return address.
Exchange Policy • Food products with defects (expired, spoiled, damaged) must be reported within 3 days of receipt. • Wrong or damaged items will be replaced or refunded, with return shipping covered by Alvin’s Club. • Report missing or damaged items within 7 days of receipt. • Partial compensation (10–20%) may be given for packaging damage.
No returns accepted for: • No contact within 30 days of receipt • Used/opened items that cannot be resold • Special price or wish list items (unless defective) • Food, hygiene products, adult products, custom-made items, intimate apparel, sea freight items, etc.
Beauty Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned. Skin allergies or personal preference are not valid return reasons.
Food Products
Food products are non-returnable unless defective. Please inspect carefully upon receipt and report issues with photos immediately.
Return Shipping Cost
If the order has not shipped, shipping cost will be refunded. Once shipped, shipping cost is non-refundable. Customer bears the return shipping cost for personal reason returns.
